Refund Policy

At Aspire Lahore Lab, we are committed to customer satisfaction. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.
1. Test Cancellations
Before Sample Collection: Full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
After Sample Collection: No refund once the sample has been collected and processing has begun.
2. Duplicate Payments
If a duplicate payment is made, contact us within 7 business days for a full refund within 10-14 business days.
3. Test Rejection
If a test cannot be performed due to sample quality issues, you will receive a full refund or the option to repeat the test at no cost.
4. Refund Process
Contact our support team with your order number and reason. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Home sampling service fees (if visit completed), processed tests with delivered results, and administrative fees are non-refundable.
