Home Sampling Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

Aspire Lahore Lab offers convenient home sampling services for patients who prefer laboratory sample collection at their residence.

1. Service Coverage

Home sampling is available within designated areas of Gujrat and surrounding localities.

2. Appointment Scheduling

Appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Available Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Emergency home sampling may be available upon request.

3. Patient Requirements

A valid physician referral or test order number is required. Accurate contact information and address must be provided. Fasting requirements must be followed as specified. A responsible adult must be present.

4. Sample Collection

Our trained phlebotomists follow strict safety and hygiene protocols using sterile, single-use equipment.

5. Fees

A nominal home sampling fee may apply in addition to test charges. Details provided at booking.

6. Cancellation

Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 12 hours before the scheduled time without charge.
