Shipping Policy

This policy applies to physical products, test kits, or reports delivered by Aspire Lahore Lab.
1. Digital Delivery
Test results are delivered electronically through our secure patient portal. You will receive a notification when results are ready.
2. Physical Report Delivery
Reports can be collected in person or delivered via courier within Gujrat city (2-3 business days). Delivery charges may apply.
3. Test Kits
Home test kits are shipped via registered courier services. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days within Pakistan.
4. Tracking
Tracking information will be provided via SMS or email for shipped items.
5. Future eCommerce
This policy will be updated as we expand our online store for health products and test kits.
